Plain summary: We collect your name, email, phone number and address only to process your order or application. We do not sell your data to anyone. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.
This Privacy Policy explains how Projek Kopi 111 ("we", "us") collects, uses, stores and protects your personal data. It is issued in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (Act 709), including the 2024 amendments (Act A1727 & A1742), and applies to the website ceocafe.com.my.
1. Personal data we collect
We only collect data that is necessary for the purposes below (General Principle — Section 6):

2. What we do NOT do
- We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data to third parties.
- We do not install advertising pixels (such as Meta Pixel or Google Ads) on this site.
- We do not use your data to target ads at you on other platforms.
- We do not collect more data than is needed for the purposes above.
3. Cookies and tracking technologies
This site uses only technically necessary cookies — a session cookie that keeps you logged in to your distributor dashboard. These cookies are not used to track you across other websites.
For link visit statistics we use a first-party method that stores only a visit count in our own database. We do not use third-party tracking cookies, and we do not track you after you leave this site.
4. How long we keep data
We keep your personal data only as long as necessary for the purpose it was collected (Retention Principle — Section 10). Generally:
- Order records: kept as long as needed for accounting and product warranty purposes.
- Distributor accounts: kept while your account is active.
- Membership applications: deleted if the application does not proceed.
- Click statistics: stored as anonymous aggregate numbers.
5. Your rights
Under the PDPA you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Correct any inaccurate data.
- Withdraw consent at any time.
- Request erasure of your data, subject to legal requirements.
- Data portability — receive your data in a transferable form.

6. Data security
We take practical steps to protect your data (Security Principle — Section 9): HTTPS encrypted connections, passwords stored as hashes, and identity card data encrypted before storage. Access to personal data is limited to those who need it.
7. Sharing with others
We only share your data where necessary to fulfil your order — for example with a courier company (name, address, phone) or with the product company for membership processing. Our service providers (email delivery, website hosting) receive only the data needed to perform that service.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The current version will always be shown on this page with the update date above.
